2 garlic cloves

Step by step instructions :
Preparing the marinade
Chop the garlic
Add the soy sauce, maple syrup and the lemon juice in a food container
Transfer salmon fillets to the container, ensuring both sides are coated with the marinade.
store in the cooler for at least 15 minutes.
Searing the Salmon Fillets
Prepare your camping stove and place the frying pan
Heat over medium heat and drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil.
Take out the salmon from the cooler and remove any garlic bits.
place the fillets in the pan and cook until the bottom is slightly browned, then flip and sear the other side until evenly coloured.
Cooking Salmon Fillets in Marinade
In the same pan, pour in the remaining marinade along with the garlic bits.
Flip the salmon once or twice to coat all sides with the sauce.
Add the 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
Tilt the pan and continuously spoon the melted butter and sauce over the salmon fillets.
Plating and Serving
(Optional) garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
Serve with brown rice or vegetables to complement the sweet and savory sauce.
