To ensure their safety and the cleanliness of our vehicles, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet along for the trip. We'll install our backseat cover to maintain our vehicle's pristine condition and provide dog seatbelts for their safety.
For the comfort of all passengers, we accept a maximum of two dogs per rental. Please note that dogs must sleep in the designated backseat area and not on the bed.
Our vehicle is designed to travel safely and reliably on unpaved roads, however, IT IS NOT MEANT FOR EXTREME OFF-ROADING.
Insurance only covers incidents that happen on designated roads. A designated road is any paved or unpaved road maintained by the Province, State, or municipality. Off-road trails, unmarked paths, and restricted access areas do not qualify as designated roads. If a vehicle is damaged while off-roading, you will be responsible for all related costs, as insurance does not cover off-road incidents.
While some roads may be well-graded and gravel-covered, others can be more rugged and resemble off-road trails. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO AVOID EXCESSIVELY CHALLENGING TERRAIN.
We encourage you to explore the backcountry and take the scenic backroads however we don’t want you to get stuck or damage the vehicle.
If you drive off-road and get stuck or damage the vehicle you will be responsible for any expenses related to the damage (vehicle, tires, paint scratches, etc,), as well as recovery charges and any additional expenses related to getting the rental vehicle back.
If you are not sure about navigating a specific road during your trip, feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to provide guidance to ensure a smooth and informed travel experience.
