  • Can I bring my pets with me in the 4X4 camper?
    Yes, we love pets too! To ensure their safety and the cleanliness of our vehicles, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet along for the trip. We'll install our backseat cover to maintain our vehicle's pristine condition and provide dog seatbelts for their safety. For the comfort of all passengers, we accept a maximum of two dogs per rental. Please note that dogs must sleep in the designated backseat area and not on the bed.
  • Can I take the 4X4 camper off-road?
    Our vehicle is designed to travel safely and reliably on unpaved roads, however, IT IS NOT MEANT FOR EXTREME OFF-ROADING. While some forest service roads may be well-graded and gravel-covered, others can be more rugged and resemble off-road trails. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO AVOID EXCESSIVELY CHALLENGING TERRAIN. ​ We encourage you to explore the backcountry and take the scenic backroads however we don’t want you to get stuck or damage the vehicle. If you drive off-road and get stuck or damage the vehicle you will be responsible for any expenses related to the damage (vehicle, tires, paint scratches, etc,), as well as recovery charges and any additional expenses related to getting the rental vehicle back. ​ If you are not sure about navigating a specific road during your trip, feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to provide guidance to ensure a smooth and informed travel experience.
  • Can I take the 4x4 camper to the USA?
    Yes, you can take our 4X4 camper to the USA. We even have fantastic road trip ideas in our blog for those looking to venture across the border.
  • Can I add additional drivers?
    Certainly! As long as they hold a valid driver's license, you can add other drivers at no extra cost.
  • How does the vehicle pick-up and drop-off process work?
    We offer free delivery of our 4x4 campers within Metro Vancouver, as long as there is parking available. Whether it's to your home, hotel, or a local airport, we'll bring your adventure vehicle to you. On the booking page, you'll be asked to provide a pick-up and drop-off location of your choice. If you're unsure about a specific location, chat with us, and we can tailor a delivery solution for you. For YVR airport pick-up, please provide us with your flight number, and we'll meet you at your arrival gate. For the return, we'll meet you at the cell phone waiting area for the check-out and then drive you to your departure gate. The pick-up and drop-off times can be chosen between 8 AM and 7 PM. If you're not sure about the time or location at the time of booking, you can leave those fields blank and send us a message later.
  • Can I pick up and drop off the camper at different locations?
    Yes, we offer flexible pickup and drop-off options to accommodate your travel plans. It's free in metro Vancouver. If you plan to drop off the vehicle in a city outside of Metro Vancouver, simply chat with us, and we'll customize a solution for your needs.
  • I’ve never been camping before. Can I still rent your vehicle?
    Yes, of course! We've designed our camper to be beginner-friendly. We provide a comprehensive welcome guide that covers everything from planning your trip and booking a campground to setting up camp. On the delivery day, we'll give you a tour of the vehicle and provide clear instructions to ensure you feel comfortable and prepared for your camping adventure.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible booking policy. You can receive a refund if you cancel up to 10 days before your trip, minus a 3% booking fee, which we incur from our payment provider.
  • Can I modify my reservation?
    You can modify your reservation up to 10 days before your trip starts. If you wish to change your travel dates, please send us a message, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, provided the new dates are available. If you need to make changes within 10 days of your trip, you can still adjust your reservation; however, the full payment is required, even if you shorten your trip.
  • What method of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards. If you'd like to pay by bank transfer or PayPal, please get in touch with us, and we can make arrangements accordingly.
  • Can I change my delivery or drop off address on my booking?
    Yes, you can change your delivery or drop-off address by sending us an email. We kindly ask that you confirm the delivery address at least 48 hours before the trip starts.
  • How many people can fit in the roof top tent?
    The tent sleeps 2 adults and 1 child or 2 adults comfortably. The bed is 130cm wide and 240cm long.
  • I want to rent the vehicle with my friends (3 adults or more), do you provide extra equipment?
    Yes, we do! When renting a vehicle with us, you can select additional equipment during checkout to make your trip more comfortable and enjoyable. We offer a ground tent that accommodates up to 3 adults, complete with sleeping bags, mattresses, and pillows. Additionally, we provide extra camp chairs and utensils. Simply select these items during the checkout process to include them with your rental.
  • Will I be comfortable sleeping in the roof top tent during colder weather?
    The sleeping bag provided ensures a comfortable sleep for temperatures around 5-10°C, which is optimal for the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, we provide an extra blanket in case the temperature drops, ensuring that you stay warm and comfortable even in cooler conditions. If you plan on camping where the temperature goes below 0°C, please contact us, and we can arrange for a warmer setup.
